1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("Member") of the 3333bet platform ("Service") and the company operating the Service. Creating an account on 3333bet, logging in, or using the Service in any way means you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users — from newly registered members to long-term VIP members. This document, published in English, is the authoritative version.

2 Account Registration

An active account is required to use 3333bet's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may hold only one account in their own name.
• Your real name, mobile number, and correct details must be provided at registration.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or mobile number is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

3333bet reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

The minimum age to use all casino and betting services on 3333bet is 21. Registration and use of the service by minors is strictly prohibited.

If a member registers with a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void. Any deposited funds may not be refunded.

3333bet may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time. If there is doubt about a member's age, 3333bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

4 Account Security

Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. Passwords and login details must be kept confidential.

4.1 Member Responsibilities

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify 3333bet support immediately.
• Log out after using a public or shared device.

The member is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. 3333bet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party if the member has not taken care to protect their details.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

3333bet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's name.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile banking account registered in the member's name.

3333bet may delay withdrawals on suspicious transactions until additional verification is complete. This applies as part of anti-money laundering measures.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from 3333bet are subject to specific conditions. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the conditions of that bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before completing 10x wagering. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — and ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies once per member, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Not all games may count equally toward meeting wagering requirements when using a bonus.
• 3333bet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If manipulation of bonus conditions is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, casino games, and all other betting services on 3333bet.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Do not finalise a bet until you are sure — once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled.
• Placing unusual bets by exploiting technical errors is prohibited.
• If published odds contain an error, 3333bet may void that bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") will be treated as fraudulent activity.

7.2 Sports Betting

3333bet's decision is final in determining the outcome of all sports event bets, including cricket and football. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or the result is disputed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.3 Casino Games

The results of all casino games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer processes. No external interference in game results is possible.

8 VIP and Rewards Programme

3333bet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

8.1 Cashback Rules

• Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings).
• Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: 0.5%, Gold: 0.7%, Platinum: 1.0%, Diamond: 1.2%.
• Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
• Cashback is not free of wagering requirements — withdrawal is not possible until the applicable conditions are met.

8.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers change based on ongoing activity. 3333bet's decision on tier upgrades or downgrades is final. VIP membership may be withdrawn at any time if it is found to be misused.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

3333bet is committed to responsible gambling. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems.

Members can set their own deposit limits, session times, and betting limits. A request to temporarily or permanently suspend an account can also be made if needed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333bet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Manipulating or abusing bonus conditions.
• Colluding with other members to influence the outcome of bets.
• Creating an account with false information or evading identity verification.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

3333bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.

• Evidence or suspicion of being underage.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

11.1 Closed by Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must contact 3333bet Support. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to complete any applicable withdrawal process, subject to the terms and conditions.

3333bet uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect members' personal information. Members' data is never sold or transferred to any third party.
